League of Legends: Clash of Fates is an upcoming DotA Based Game (DBG) developed and published by Riot Games for the Microsoft Windows operating system. The game was first announced on October 7, 2008 and is scheduled to be released in September 2009. The game has been in a closed beta since April 10, 2009.Riot Games was co-founded by Brandon Beck and Marc Merrill. They partnered with Steve Feak (Guinsoo) of DotA AllStars fame and started working on League of Legends.
